Palatka, FL: On Tuesday, June 11, 2013, seven juvenile suspects between the ages of 13 and 17 forced entry into Dipsticks ATV, a motorcycle and watercraft repair business located at 1024 North State Road 19.
The suspects got away with a Toshiba laptop computer along with three all-terrain vehicles and two dirt bikes. The investigation along with video surveillance from the business, led to the identity of all seven suspects and the recovery of all three of the all-terrain vehicles and both of the dirt bikes.
The suspects were identified as Christopher Crowley, Kenny Buckles, Marco Denson Jr., Robert Fields Jr., Jalen Mims, Tavaris Young and Eddie Tripp. All of the suspects have been arrested and charged with Burglary, Larceny, and Vehicle Theft. The suspects have been turned over to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
Sheriff Jeff Hardy stated “Crimes of this nature are unacceptable in Putnam County. The youth involved are now facing serious felony charges”.
