Second Crescent City Murder Suspect Apprehended

On March 11, 2010, at approximately 5:30 AM, Kelly William Anderson, III, DOB: 11-16-1962, was taken into custody in Volusia County. Anderson was the second subject sought in connection with the homicide of Brian Christopher Seymore on March 2, 2010.
Anderson was apprehended during a traffic stop on I-95 in Volusia County, which resulted from a collaborative effort by members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Daytona Beach Police Department, Deland Police Department, and the United States Marshall’s Service.
Anderson is charged with first degree murder. He is being held without the benefit of a bond.
